Nordair Systems develops modular cleanroom solutions for high-tech start-ups, photonics labs and research institutions. Our inquiries are growing rapidly - now we're looking for you as the organizational backbone of our sales team. You structure incoming leads, create standard offers with just a few clicks and keep in touch with interested parties so that our engineers can concentrate on complex advice.
Your tasks
- Lead intake & qualification: View emails, phone & web inquiries, create data in CRM (Dynamics 365)
- Preparation of offers: compile standard configurations in our CPQ tool, send PDFs
- Follow-up & scheduling: coordinate email/phone follow-up, meetings and site visits
- CRM maintenance & reporting: keep pipeline up to date, create weekly report for management
- Process improvement: optimize text modules, templates and workflows — your ideas are welcome!
That's what you bring
- German C2 + English at least B2 - our customers are international
- IT user expertise - proficient in Office 365, email, calendar & cloud tools
- First practice in inside sales, customer service or order processing
- A structured way of working, quick comprehension and a passion for technology
- Bonus points if you have CRM (Dynamics, HubSpot, etc.) or CPQ experience
